CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT - SINGAPORE
Responsibilities:
-
Attend to walk-in customers’ needs and/or enquiries;

Able to handle customers’ complaints tactfully;

Handle some administrative duties and
-
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
-
GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level
-
Computer literate
-
Able to attend to Chinese-speaking customers
-
Willing to work retail hours
-
Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be advantageous
